First end any current sessions you are running: Log in to your Tappecue account on your mobile device. Select View Current Session. If you have an active session it will appear. Select the session. Then select "end current session".
Second you will delete the mobile devices within your mobile app: For IPhone: Go to your app settings by selecting the settings icon at the bottom right of the page. Select Device Management. Select View Mobile Devices. Hard press the mobile device and swipe left. You will then get an option to delete the device. Select delete. Repeat this with each device you see until all of the devices are deleted. For Android: Go to your app settings by selecting the the wheel icon at the top right of the page. Select device management. Select view mobile devices. Hard press the mobile device. You will be asked "do you really want to delete the device". Select yes. Repeat this with each device you see until all of the devices are deleted.
You will then log out of your Tappecue App then log back in. The Tappecue will automatically pick up the current mobile device you are using. You should then begin to get your push notifications.
**Another issue is that your phone may register it as a media sound and not as a notification sound!**
This is common with Android Phones.
