When you do the file transfer to a new phone it sends the old phones ID to the new one in the Tappecue app. The fix for this simple:

  1. Open you Tappecue App and login.
  2. Click on/open the settings menu.
  3. Go to "Device Management"
  4. Open "View Mobile Devices"
  5.  Delete the old device.
    1. Android, select an hold the device you wish to delete, then you will be prompted to delete it. 
    2. Iphone, swipe left on the device you wish to delete, then click on "delete". 
  6. Logout of your Tappecue App.
  7. Log back in.
  8. Your current device will be connected.
    1. Plug a probe into your device, and turn it on.
    2. Start a new session on your phone. 
    3. Set the temp for the session.
      1. Max 75, Min 70.
    4. Hold the probe in your hand (temp of hand will be greater than 75).
    5. Once your Tappecue reads greater than 75 you will get the notification. 

If this doesn't work try to clear the cache on your phone for the Tappecue App. *May vary from phone to phone.

  1. Go to Setting on your Phone.
  2. Go to the Apps Page.
  3. Find the Tappecue app.
  4. Go to the Storage.
  5. Select "Clear Cache'.
