When you do the file transfer to a new phone it sends the old phones ID to the new one in the Tappecue app. The fix for this simple:
- Open you Tappecue App and login.
- Click on/open the settings menu.
- Go to "Device Management"
- Open "View Mobile Devices"
- Delete the old device.
- Android, select an hold the device you wish to delete, then you will be prompted to delete it.
- Iphone, swipe left on the device you wish to delete, then click on "delete".
- Logout of your Tappecue App.
- Log back in.
- Your current device will be connected.
- Plug a probe into your device, and turn it on.
- Start a new session on your phone.
- Set the temp for the session.
- Max 75, Min 70.
- Hold the probe in your hand (temp of hand will be greater than 75).
- Once your Tappecue reads greater than 75 you will get the notification.
If this doesn't work try to clear the cache on your phone for the Tappecue App. *May vary from phone to phone.
- Go to Setting on your Phone.
- Go to the Apps Page.
- Find the Tappecue app.
- Go to the Storage.
- Select "Clear Cache'.
