Content Creation and Approval Process
1) Submission Guidelines:
Topics must align with Tappecue’s brand values and interest areas, including barbecue technology, recipes, cooking tips, and product usage.
All blog posts must be original and not previously published elsewhere.
Submissions should be between 500 to 1500 words, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2) Approval Process:
Each blog post, whether by an employee or a guest blogger, requires approval before publication.
Submissions should be sent to the designated content manager at [content@tappecue.com].
The content team will review submissions for adherence to guidelines, brand alignment, and quality. Feedback or requests for revisions will be provided within one week.
3) Guest Blogger Guidelines:
Guest bloggers must submit a brief outline or summary of their proposed post for initial approval before drafting the full article.
Guest bloggers agree to Tappecue’s editing of the submitted content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to our style guide, without altering the author's original voice.
A short bio of the guest blogger will be included at the end of the post, along with a link to their website or social media profile, if applicable.
Content Standards
1) Tone and Voice:
The content should be informative, engaging, and written in a friendly and professional tone.
The voice should be consistent with Tappecue’s branding, being approachable and expert in the field of barbecue technology.
2) Accuracy and Credibility:
All claims must be accurate and substantiated. Cite reliable sources where necessary.
Product claims or endorsements must be based on factual information and compliant with legal standards.
3) Confidentiality:
Do not disclose sensitive company information, including but not limited to financial details, upcoming product launches before official announcements, and private employee information.
Intellectual Property
By submitting content to the Tappecue blog, authors grant Innovating Solutions LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, modify, and publish the content on its website and related channels.
Authors retain copyright to their work but must not republish the same content on other platforms for a period of 90 days after publication on the Tappecue blog.
Ethics and Conduct
Content must not contain libelous, defamatory, racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory language.
The blog is a platform for education and engagement, not for controversial opinions or political discourse unrelated to Tappecue’s business areas.
Dealing with Comments
All blog posts will be open to comments to foster community engagement.
