I am getting the error ‘There was a problem retrieving the MAC ID from your Tappecue’? Print

You will get this error if you the drivers necessary to install the Tappecue are not set up correctly or if you have other USB devices plugged in that are being mistaken for the Tappecue.  

Take out the other USB devices and try again.  


If you still get an error, follow the video below for windows driver updating.
