recently wifi lights quit and have a hard time getting anything but LCD temps, no outbound/app info...Tried to setup on several different wireless routers, even stringing one to within 10 feet of tappecue and it is still hit and miss....any ideas?

It seems like with no WiFi lights working or outbound data maybe there is something going on with the WiFi chip.
Log back onto the Tappecue Setup program and try the Modem Reset button. This does a factory reset on the WiFi chip, then do a reset device to reboot it. See if your lights start working again and let us know.
